Remove the product from the refrigerator 15 minutes before tasting. Consume promptly after opening.
Remove the lid and turn the tray over. Gently pull the sides apart to allow air to reach the bottom. If necessary, slide a knife between the product and the tray. Unmold carefully. Slice using a smooth knife previously heated under hot water, or a lyre.
