Preparation tips
Take the product out of the refrigerator 15 min before tasting. Remove the cover. Turn the tray upside down. Pull the edges apart to allow air to penetrate the bottom. If needed, slide the blade of a knife between the product and the tray. Demold. Slice using a smooth blade knife previously heated under hot water or a lyre. Consume quickly after opening.
