Goose foie gras, lean duck liver 37.8%, corn starch, salt, Sauternes wine, white Port 0.57%, Armagnac 0.53%, Champagne, sugar, grey pepper 0.125%, white pepper, antioxidant: E301 sodium ascorbate, preservative: E250 sodium nitrite, sulfites.

Place the product in the refrigerator the day before. Take out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Remove directly from the tin with a knife or spatula. Can be unmoulded by opening both ends. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume quickly.
