The final of the Pâté-Croûte World Championship took place on December 2, 2025, bringing together chefs from around the world.
Team Japan achieved great results during the competition. Congratulations to Seigo Ishimoto, who won third place, and to Sho Ito, who received the Local Specialty Award for his work highlighting regional ingredients and flavors.
Before the world final, the Japanese Selection was held in Tokyo. This event selected the chefs who would represent Japan and offered a great look at the skill and creativity of the participants.
